With Paint Shop Pro (PSP) open, open up the image you saved in blender. Now go to Layers | Promote to layer . Now duplicate the layer by going to layers | Duplicate |

Now add a gaussian blur by going to Effects | Blur | Gaussian Blur , and enter "18 ". Now click on the first layer , and then go to Layers | Duplicate . Move this second, duplicated layer to the to p, and set the blending mode to screen . |

Next, make a new raster layer by going to Layer | New Raster Layer , and then set it's blending mode to color in the layer palette. |

Last, select the flood fill tool , and press Ctrl-A . Now fill this layer with the color you want your crystals to be. Mine was #F8B000. And finally, you are done!
